Appointments will start promptly. Please check your meeting schedule in advance and be punctual.
You will be able to collect your final meeting schedule on Monday morning at the Networking Breakfast or at the Supplier Table. This information will not be available in the app.
Name Badges
Your badge is your pass to all event activities. Please wear it throughout the event, including at all receptions. They are color-coded to help you identify buyers and suppliers.

Wifi will be available through the Aurora Resort.
Networking and Free Time
Meals, breaks, receptions, team building, and activities are an integral part of the program, and all CMITE delegates are requested to participate in each function. Please refer to the Event Agenda in your app for times, locations and themes/dress code.

Tuesday Offsite Lunch-- Swimwear with coverup optional. Swimming, snorkeling, water sports will be available onsite, optional.
Checkouts and Return Airport Transfers
Please refer to the Departure Board that will be posted Tuesday afternoon.
We recommend that you review your tickets beforehand to make sure there is nothing amiss.
Please make sure you settle any additional charges to your room and ensure to arrive on time for your scheduled transfer.
Hotel check-out is at 11:00 am. Please ensure that your luggage is loaded onto your transfer vehicle upon departure as we will not be held responsible for any missing or lost luggage.
